Hello , i am an owner of an emotiva Basx a3 about 1 week. When the power amp is in standby i hear some kind of a hiss inside the machine from the left-front place, i hear it if i put my ear close and after 30 minutes of play in regular volume this noise is more audible,from1 metter. like a coil whine.
When i switch on or off the power amp i hear a small pop from all the 3 speakers. Also when the system is on Only the center makes noise like electrostatic not audible from mlp. I switch first the power amp off then the Preamp. i use a trigger cable. but i think the denon when i switch the systems on triggers the power amp too late so sometimes i do it manually with no noticable change i still hear the pop.
My system is dali zensor 5, zensor vokal, denon avc 4700 .
For the electristatic noise i ve done everything and i think the problem is from the AVC 4700 center, not the power amp not the rca, is this a ground loop.
any idea.... unforunately i cant send it back cause i live in EU so the delivery fee and tax might be the half of the power amp price.
I contact emotiva and we didnt find a solution, yes they answer me about the question but they found it normal...what am i missing here?

You describe a mechanical type noise from the power amp itself (not the speakers), correct? Could it be a fan?
(I do understand the ‘popping’ is from the speakers, but that’s a different issue)

The mechanical noise is not from the fan, the emotiva mentioned the power supply, mine works at 220v Also the pop noise is from all the speakers LCR which are connected to power amp. The electrostatic is from the center only .
