Hello,
I have been unable to use Dirac live for my XMC-1 gen 2 for several weeks now. When I launch the application, I am prompted to enter my credentials. I enter my credentials (verified by signing into my account via the website) and I get "server connection error, please check your internet connection and try again" after I enter and "validate" my credentials. I've tried 2 different windows machines on 2 completely different networks. I've completely removed and reinstalled the dirac software (Dirac Live for Emotiva v1.2.1.8427 Setup).
Am I alone? What could the problem be?

Good luck. I think the issue is that your title doesn't tell the reader what your complete issue is. I for one totally missed your first post because I figured it was a computer network error issue unrelated to audio, processors, and specifically Dirac. Try going to the Dirac thread at: The Official Dirac Live Thread: Start w/1,2,3 🙋♂️You should be able to get help there. You can answer this question in that thread: Are you able to "Enable Dirac" in the Menu of the processor prior to starting the Dirac app on the computer?
