What happens to non operational legacy Emotiva equipment?
I have a non operational DMC-1 processor that may have experienced a "power anomaly" because all of the voltage test points show the correct voltages, however one of the processor chips gets red hot when powered on (for less than a second). A replacement main board is needed to repair this DMC-1. However, other parts in the unit appear to be in good condition and may still be serviceable (front display panel, power transformer, pc boards, cables, etc.)
1. Does anyone have a DMC-1 that they would be willing to sell or donate parts?
2. Does anyone need a DMC-1 for parts?
