Hey all,
I have two RS13's and I would like to attach some feet that will both decouple the sub from the tiled floor on which they sit whilst also providing an improved aesthetic look.
Each sub has 6 small rubber feet with a 5mm screw thread. I notice that SVS do a basic isolation feet set but the included threads start at M6 which I believe is 6mm, I wonder if these would fit or if Emo themselves have some sort of option?
Cheers

It's up to the viewer as to if the looks are improved, but, how about Isoacoustics Aperta Sub base? Doesn't need to thread into anything, the sub just sits on the pucks. The base has spikes if needed, or just the flat bottoms which don't harm the floor.

I use the SVS feet on my Rythmik sub and they work great. I'm wondering if you can use the screws that came with your Emotiva sub with the SVS feet? Worth a call to SVS and/or Emotiva.

Worth a call to SVS and/or Emotiva. +1 on the SVS feet. I have them on an SVS SB-16 Ultra and an HSU ULS-15 MK2. They include three screw sizes and if those don't work you may be able to use the ones that come with the RS13 or just buy the proper size. And as suggested a call to SVS will answer your question.

I use GAIA isolators on my main L/R speakers. I think they help.

If you confirm that the Emotiva subs take 5mm screws, contact SVS to see if they can provide them. I have 4 sets of these still in their boxes that I haven't yet installed because my theater isn't finished yet. The attached photo is from the underside of the box top and has all the info you might need to try to sort it out with SVS. Good Luck!

My Velodyne HGS 18 subwoofer has been “resting” on the great room carpet (all 115 LBS) since January of 2001…. I haven’t a clue in Hell what the feet 🦶 look like. I have only turned it around to pull the plate amp. once to send it back for repair/replacement. That was around 10 years ago. It continues to deliver the goods and melds flawlessly with my mains. Supposedly, the plate amp. Swap was also an upgrade at the time to the newer digital drive series components

As cawgijoe said The "SVS Sound Path Isolation System" is awesome, look good and a great price I've had these on my Amazon wish list for awhile and decided to order them today. Two sets will be arriving tomorrow for my two subs. My subs have the original little rubber nubs that are so small they appear to have no feet at all, so these will be substantially larger with much more cushion and add much more distance from the floor. I think these may be an upgrade in both looks and sound.

Awesome. Can I ask what subs you have and what are the screw sizes? They are in my signature, I have a Klipsch RT-10d and a Velodyne Digital Drive PLUS 10 subwoofers. I pulled one of the feet off the Velodyne and it looks like it has 1/4-20 thread, I haven't looked at the Klipsch sub yet but think it will probably be 1/4-20 as well.

I have no idea what that means, we only use metric in Australia. I measured my RS13 feet screws at 5mm diameter.

I also recommend the SVS feet I have them on my two Revel B15 subs (110 LBS each) and on my two SVS SB12-NSD subs. Before the SVS feet the whole house would shake and vibrate I'd say they decouple about 95%. It was so bad (or good depending on what you like) that one time a pot vibrated off a kitchen shelf. With the SVS feet there's almost no house vibration. My house is over 100 years old and I was worried about damaging it with long term vibration not anymore.

My SVS Sound Path Isolation System feet just arrived and I can confirm that they come with 3 different size screws, 1/4-20, 6mm x1.0 and 8mmx 1.25, the length is 20mm. If your sub has 5mm screws for feet now you could get some 5mm screws that are 20mm long to use. I'd recommend using a washer with the screws also since the hole is fairly large in the feet. Also you said you have 6 feet now but I'd just use the 4 SVS feet, no need for 6 of these.

Mitch That's good to hear they can support a 110 lbs sub (the RS 13 is only 86lbs). I like the roof tiles rattling during action scenes (although the mrs isn't so happy about it)!
