Hi - I'd like to receive an email when a new firmware is released for my Emotiva product. This must be a thing but I can't seem to find it. I'm nearly inundated with marketing emails urging me to buy new equipment, how about an email when a new firmware is available for a device I've already purchased?

I think the recommended method is for each customer to refresh the forums hourly, awaiting a notification post. Weekly perhaps, create a rant post complaining about why it hasn't arrived.

Try emailing Emotiva and ask them if they could email you when they release the next firmware? |

This would be nice, but you can also achieve this yourself. Just go to THIS thread. Then in the thread header, select “Actions”, then “Notification Options” and then set yourself up to receive a “smart” or “instant” email notification when a new post is added to the section. Just make sure that your email address is set up properly in your forum profile. |

Thanks doc1963, that will work nicely. I guess I just hadn't poked around enough and I missed this feature.
