Brought the emotiva PT-100 in October 2020. In October 2021 it stopped working , after which it was shipped to the service center in INDIA and returned just back. When i hooked up there was high pulsating noise in the speakers and the left tweeter fried of my speakers (ELac Debut reference). When i tested it i could detect current output in the back outputs . Please refer to the video. The initial repair took 4 months!. The reason quoted was spare part from USA took time. Now asked to return it again to service center. Also the power amp A-150 is also going into protection (disconnected premap and speakers and just tested with power cord(different power cords)) Service centre is claiming something wrong with my wiring which got checked by an electrician and no issues there. Now my proble is that teh repair potentially could take a 3-4 months and also my speaker tweeter got damaged due to this and i have to again repair them. Can someone from emotiva service look into these problems most importantly why service is taking sooo looong...
