I have a software/firmware related question, when I was using the emotiva pt-100 preamplifier, the profile on Tidal would clearly indicate "pt-100".
With my current pt1, the profile comes up as "SXWP32768-M4549", Could you please explain why? Was this a prototype? Would there be further firmware updates for this model?
