Zeskit Cinema Plus 4K CL3 in Wall High Speed with Ethernet HDMI 2.0b Cable, Compatible with Dolby Vision 4K 60Hz HDR ARC 4:4:4 18Gbps HDCP 2.2 It's semi-flexible with a heavy jacket, gold plated contacts- $21- 16ft.
A power-cord? I would install a dedicated circuit wall-plug close by and plug into that.

Instead of fishing a live power cord for the tv into the wall, which is a no-no (at least in my area), install a proper power outlet behind the tv. I've seen "extenders" like this: At Best Buy search for: Legrand - In-Wall Flat Screen Power and Cable Concealment Kit - White Model:HT2202-WH-V1 SKU:1501144 This isn't allowed in my area (Norther Illinois) without being inside a metal conduit or metal flex, but might be allowed in your area.

What did you use and why? Thanks for the info. Same issue with the TV power cord. Any suggestions? Because of local code in my area I went with a CL3 rated in-wall Zeskit Maya HDMI cable. The CL3 rating was necessary because my TV was mounted on an exterior wall as opposed to an interior wall. For power, after making all of the measurements with the wall mount attached to the back of the TV, I figured out where I could run Romex from the nearest circuit and installed a gang box with receptacle behind where the TV would be mounted. As "ttocs" alluded to, make sure your installer is running the electrical according to your local/county/state code, which is usually the current NEC code. I've seen and corrected several friends in-wall wiring that was installed by a so-called installer and they will take short cuts if you do approve of them doing so. If it's not to code, then your insurance doesn't have to pay in the case of a fire.

IMO, running Romex to an approved gang box and receptacle looks so much cleaner and costs much less, not to mention safer, better quality and definitely follows the current NEC.
