Hi to all my Emotiva Family,
I want to thank you all for your Happy Birthday wishes. I admit I haven't been around the Lounge much lately. My mother's health took a turn for the worse and I've been flying to California each month to help my sister with her care. My mother was 89 years old; she had a good life, but she had a lot of health issues too long to list. We were taking her to the Hospital, and to the Doctor, and she had several Emergency Room Visits in the last 10 months. She stated to my sister, and I that she was tired of suffering. She had to have blood transfusions every two to three weeks because her bone Marol could no longer produce red blood cells and she was weak. She decided that she wanted to enter into Hospice, so we honored her wishes, and she went to Heaven on the 28th of June. We were both there by her side. I'm a little sad right now, but I find solace in the fact that we could let her go the way she wanted. I actually cried today this was the first Birthday without her. My sister and I went to a comedy show, and out to dinner, it was very nice. So, thanks again family it was a GREAT day.
