Is there a way to see how many views an individual post has gotten? Not a thread, just one post by itself. I looked but did not see anything.

(Ebay is a perfect case in point for number of product views)

It seems the best they could do is to count the page that the post is on? I could be looking for my post that I know is on page X of a specific thread, in getting there I might scroll by your post, but not actually view it. So maybe they could give every post on that page a view if I stop there, but then does it also get counted if I scroll page by page through a thread but not really view any of them? Maybe if the browser has some helpful data to pass to the web site it could be done, seems difficult to me.

The truth is,I was curious about a post in the now playing thread. I wondered if no one liked the song or if no one bothered to look.

Some post you view as you scroll the page but do not directly interact with to be able to count.

If you click on "Newest Threads" in the Lounge menu bar, that will show you the most recent threads along with the replies and views per thread.
I don't think you can have a view count for a particular post, however, because there is no way to tell if anyone actually viewed it as opposed to just scrolled past it. An item would have to have recordable interaction in order to generate a count, which would mean actually clicking on it.
That said, I view the "Latest Posts" from the menu so I wonder if a person views posts that way if it gets recorded as a view? I don't see how it could since everyone just scrolls through the latest posts section. I think you would have to actually click on the particular thread in order to have it record a "view."
