Hello,
I would like to hook up 2 subs to the XMC2 instead of using the MiniDSP but I am using all 6 height channels. I am not using the front wide channels. Are there any future plans to expand the subwoofer channels to the front wides to add more options for subwoofer intergration?
Thanks

Thanks I haven't heard of any plans to add to or change the channel assignments, but no reason you can't hook both subs to the Center sub output, either with a Y cable, or daisy chain from 1st sub to 2nd. Dirac will probably give better results when hooked up this way.

I don’t want to go through the hassle of setting up each sub in REW prior to running Dirac.

Yes, I understand, but as I mentioned, you will probably get better results if you let Dirac EQ them as a ‘system’, no setup required. There’s a lot that’s been written about this, though I don’t have anything to point you at right now, I’d just say try it, though it seems you don’t have many options.

If I do decide to go forward with calibrating with REW and MSO can you connect to the XMC2 through the Raspberry Pi Emotiva box or do I have to connect using a cable from the computer?
