My baby has finally has had an issue. Goes into protect mode (amber light). Push power button, goes Emo blue for a moment then back to amber. I pulled the fuse on the back panel, “looks” good. I would think that if the fuse was bad, I wouldn’t have lights at the power button at all. Any ideas? Before I try to take it to a repair shop?

Seems like it's doing what it's supposed to do, protect itself when things aren't ok inside.
I guess it's due for a recap.

I'd get EMO to send me a Schematic before I took it to ANY technician. Caps? I'd start looking at output devices OR the bridge rectifier in the PS...... And before going TOO far, you might want to check out the availabity of spare parts. You should still be able to get ALL resistors and capacitors. Some semiconductors might be a little tougher.
