Looking for Advice - Apple to to Power amp

What could I add that’s fairly low cost between an Apple TV and power amp for an outdoor theater with blow up screen? I know I need sone sort of pre-Amp

Do you have ALL your outdoor speakers and plans laid out yet? That’s priority number one…The rest is easy.

The MOVE is an awesome device (I’ve owned one for about 2 years).
Wasn’t THAT impressed until I cranked it with some YouTube material and nearly hit the floor, how LOUD and CLEAN it plays!

wouldn’t leave them permanently outdoors although they can get rained on.

I plan on keeping them on my covered and screened in patio then, move them to either side of the pool when we’re out there. I also plan to buy an inflatable projector screen and use my old 1080P projector using a spare Apple TV as the media streamer.

As far as I am aware, you can't use Sonos Move speakers for HT or as surrounds as you can use their soundbars and other speakers; however, you should be able to connect them via Bluetooth or Airplay.   Since the Move is self-powered and wireless, no need for a preamp nor amp.
