Looks interesting. Lots of capability with lots of device types, albeit with a subscription.
Last time I tried one of these "do everything" virtual remotes was when I purchased iRule and was never able to fully utilize it before the site became unavailable.
Might be worth the trial.

Been messing with Roomie Remote for the last 6 days... not digging it, so I cancelled the trial. Back to my Harmony remote for now.

Most of these universal kinds of remotes are not so much. If you need extensive program functions you are out of luck especially if the product is old. You might get basic control and that is it. If you don't have the original remote you can't learn functions to new remote in question. And some will not allow manual code entry like sofabaton. My Harmony remote eats batteries like mad and gave up on that too.

Was having issues automating things with Roomie... controlling lights when hitting play, pause, stop, etc., the other problem I had was I needed to constantly look at my phone or iPad to find the "button" to execute the command; since the Harmony has buttons, I can find the button via muscle memory or touch. My Harmony sits in a cradle when not used, so thankfully it doesn't eat batteries and so far, the Harmony has been working for my needs. Was looking for a replacement as Harmony remotes are no longer supported, so back to hunting for a new remote I go...

One of the limitations of a soft switch vs. a real switch you have a tactile feel too, plus you have muscle memory after a while.
