I have (2) XPA-5 Gen3 5 Channel amps and was wondering if they can be stacked right on top of each other or do they need to be separated?
My new shelf system just doesn't have as much flexibility as it once did.
The amps currently, separated, never feel anything much more than "warm"
What is everyone's experience with these amps say?

You already know the answer to this… Find a way to give those puppies some air, and you can be assured of a longer life span

My XPA-7 G3 never got much more than warm (the G3 idle power consumption is pretty low), as long as they have the factory feet on them, and the space has decent ventilation, I would have stacked mine. Of course the cooler the better, but you’ve got to work with what you’ve got.
