I have a question about setting up my tv/s and my RMC1L
I have a Streaming TV and RMC 1L
I want to use my Streaming TV and the Audio from my RMC 1L
I have a TV hooked up to HTML 1 ARC channel in the RMC1L.
I want to stream my content from my TV but an Issue I have I get no Audio. What do I need to to fix this?
Can I hook up a second TV?
Is there an explanation what both HTML output channels are for?

Is there an explanation what both HTML output channels are for? I hope you mean you've got the tv connected from the RMC-1L HDMI 2 (ARC) Output, correct? Only HDMI 2 Output has ARC. The best way I've found to get ARC working is to remove the power from both the processor (rear power switch off) and tv (unplug the power cord) at the same time, wait five minutes minimum, boot up the processor, then boot up the tv. The tv, depending on brand, will "see" the processor more clearly at this point as a ARC capable device (my tv is a Sony, and this method works quite easily so long as the firmware is since late last summer, the earlier Sony firmware was not so friendly to ARC). You don't mention the brand/model of tv so I'm just guessing here that this might work for you. Should the above not work, and the tv is a Sony, then you'll need to use "Device Preferences::Initial Setup::" and follow the prompts to setup the tv input the processor is connected to. This, of course, is after setting the HDMI input on the tv to "Enhanced Format" so maximum bandwidth is possible. You may connect a second video display, but if both are operating concurrently the lowest common resolution will be what both will use. If one display is 4K and the other is only 1080P, then both will display 1080P. The same video signal is used for both. One HDMI output is ARC and CEC capable, the other is not.

And yes my RMC1L has been update with the current patch. The Audio I am trying to here is from the TV and not other devices. If I hook up a firestick to html 1 and select that then everything works fine. But I don't want to do that.
Is there anything I need to select in the RMC 1L for Input for streaming on the TV.

The Sony tv needs to have a firmware newer than late last summer. Last summer I was helping someone with ARC on their Sony tv but it wouldn't work. Lucky timing that a week later Sony posted a firmware that magically allowed ARC to begin to work. On my Sony tv I go to: Settings:: Device Preferences:: Initial Setup to get to the setup routine. This assumes that you have already removed power from both the processor and tv for at least five minutes. Turning off a tv doesn't, if I may borrow a statement by Robert Fripp when asked about tuning a Melotron when he replied: "Tuning a Melotron doesn't", which means, it cannot be tuned. The only way for the tv and processor to "forget" the HDMI handshake between them is to remove the power for a period of time. The HDMI ARC Input must be chosen on the processor for ARC to pass audio back to the processor. Navigate the Inputs until you get to HDMI ARC - before - changing over to see the tv apps you'll use with ARC, otherwise you won't be able to see the OSD on the tv. You could just use the Front Panel Display on the processor if you want, but mine is not near the tv so I always rely on the OSD. Also, once HDMI ARC is the chosen input, I use this opportunity to assign a Button on the remote just for HDMI ARC. Just go to Setup:: Inputs:: HDMI ARC:: Button and assign the button of your choice. I use Button 7.

Which settings on the tv have you changed from their default settings? Please check and verify each of the following settings on the TV. Speakers:: TV Speakers or Audio System? eARC:: Auto or Off? HDMI Signal Format:: Standard Format or Enhanced Format? BRAVIA Sync Settings:: BRAVIA Sync Control:: On or Off? Here is a link to Sony Help related to ARC/eARC. www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs-android-/xbr-55x900h/articles/00020051Expand anything with a + at the beginning of the sentence for more details on how to do the suggestions. I highly suggest resetting the tv to factory defaults and starting from there. Did you unplug both the tv and processor for 5 minutes? Contact Emotiva Support tomorrow.
