I just have to thank Keith from Emotiva for spending the time to help me with the problems I was having with Dirac. His knowledge and the ability to explain things in a matter that even a novice can understand, is only surpassed by his patience and kindness. He spent the time to help me step by step from downloading the software to running the program. There's no other customer service on the planet that I know of that is willing and able to be so dedicated to helping their customers with the expertise that Keith is willing to share.
