MC1 New Issue

Hi Keith,

I have an interesting problem.

The info box that appears on the screen, at times remains on the screen, even the remote control cannot remove it, unless the unit is turned off via the switch on the rear of the MC1.

This situation developed a couple of months ago.

Any thought's on why this is happening?

This is not something we've seen before.

You might try...
- save your configuration
- do a factory reset
- restore your configuration

Hi Keith,

I followed your suggestions, unfortunately I still have the same issue.

In addition, is it normal for the info box to appear suddenly and disappear the next?

Finally,
HDMI 2.1a Quick Media Switching (QMS), will this be issued via a firmware update to improve switching and the latency on the MC1?
