Connected a Silent Angel M1T music streamer to XMC2 USB Audio. It works with UAC2 unchecked up to 96k. When UAC2 is enabled the M1T no longer detects the DAC. In its menu I tried limiting M1T to 24/192 and “convert” to PCM, but no luck. When the M1T no longer detects the Emo DAC, XMC2 requires a hard reboot to get it detected again and will only play with UAC2 unchecked. Any thoughts?

You are reminding me that with such a dilemma in the digital domain, that this drive for perfection is blowing my head apart. My thought is to return to records and grab a beer.

Hi-Fi network media transport with “ENRICHED” digital audio outputs…. Just curious, by the way, I am exposed to a new audiophiliac term… Can you tell me what are “Enriched”outputs?

No insight with your M1T, but my Mac mini hooked USB to RMC-1 with UAC2 checked, plays everything from 44/16 to 192/24, and displays the rate properly (except 44/16 displays 44/24).

Anyone from Emotiva have any recommendation?. Silent Angel responded that settings and firmware are correct. Advised to ask Emotiva or connect with AES/EBU cable.
