I just bought this amp off of eBay and, to the seller's credit, it looks and performs as if new. I'm wondering how/where I can add the additional slots on this amp in order to upgrade it from its current 3-channel capacity to up to the full seven. I've looked on the Emotiva website but cannot seem to find where these add-on cards are for sale.

Kindest Regards, Jason The XPA Gen3 amplifier upgrades can only be performed by Emotiva (or an Emotiva authorized facility if you’re outside of the USA) and are not for sale directly to the consumer. If you are interested in having the channel expansion upgrade done (as I have), you’ll need to call or email them directly. They’ll handle the entire transaction and set up the shipping details from their end. After the update is done, they also run a full set of factory tests to make sure your amp is performing exactly as it should before returning it to you. Hope this helps…  |
