Does anybody know what the output impedance on the BasX PT-2 preamp outputs are? I looked at the manual but, it doesn't specify that value. Thanks

The pre-outs on the PT-2 come directly from an op-amp, through a DC blocking capacitor, and a 33 Ohm resistor... Does anybody know what the output impedance on the BasX PT-2 preamp outputs are? I looked at the manual but, it doesn't specify that value. Thanks

Keith. I know what you are saying, but most will not.
The point should be made that modern SS gear has very low output impedace and for there to be a problem, you 'd have to be working into a very low input impedance. I seem to remember the rule of thumb being 10:1, This implies that an amplifier INPUT impedance of 10,000 ohms should be OK up to an OUTPUT impedance of about 1000 ohms (1K)
The BasX? Probably saferly under 500 ohms or even less.
I personally would NOT worry. Unless you knew the amp in question ran under 5k,
