Hello, I have the problem that the current word length and sample rate that Amazon Music shows me do not match the one displayed in the Emo information. Is this due to my Amazon TV Cube or the Emotiva?

When you go to Amazon Music it displays the sample rate of the actual "server side content". (Although Amazon still mislabels CD quality as "HD" and what everyone else calls "HD" as "UltraHD".) However various client devices will deliver different sample rates when you play that music. The COMPUTER client for Windows can play files up to 24/192k but, since it doesn't support WASAPI mode, will ALWAYS resample the output to that sample rate. So, the output you get from the computer will always be re-sampled to whatever default rate you set in Windows, regardless of the sample rate of the original. Various other devices, like phones, and streamers, often limit their output to 44k or 48k. The iPhone and Android phone clients are limited to 44k (or maybe 48k)... Most streamers are also limited to that... including the FireStick and FireCube... (A FEW streamers are capable of actually delivering hi-res content at the original sample rate.) The RMC-1 is showing you the sample rate that IT is receiving at its input... Hello Keith, thanks for your feedback. When you say that the RMC1 display is reliable, it makes it easier for me to troubleshoot. I guess the TV Cube then outputs different rates regardless of the current audio quality displayed in Amazon Music. PCM2.0 send always 192kHz/16bits to Emo DD+ send always 48kHz/20bits to Emo
My Denon Heos Link is streaming the best quality of each song from Amazon to my RMC-1.
