Hey all,
So I recently acquired an MPS-1 amplifier from a fellow forum member, this thing is a beastly and gorgeous piece IMO, and really cool in it's design, I'm in the telecommunications industry so I am really digging the modular design. If it wasn't for the cost of shipping these days this would be a really cool design to bring back, though it ships in three boxes and without the weight of packaging the amp alone weighs 115lbs with all 7 amp blades installed
Many here prob know this amp but many may not, I have always known about it but never actually seen it in person, I will include a link with some photos I took unboxing it
I will most likely be using this in a 2ch setup so I am on the hunt for the back plate covers if by chance anyone has them still and not being used.
