Hi.
I just ordered a BasX MC1, A3 and two A5 yesterday
But I would have liked to order some rack ears at the same time (at least the 1,5U one that is in stock). But I could not complete my purchase while it was in my order. I had to remove it and order without it.
I have tried to order it alone, just to test as I also want the 2U ears. But I get the error “Shipping not available for selected address” when I try to order it. My current order is in transit to the same address. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
Also I have used the “Notify me when available” function for the 2U ears (and the trigger module), and I get a in stock email a few hours later every time, but nothing is in stock!?
