Makes sense. I've gone back and forth on this because it's easy to quickly run out of vertical space and have to start scrolling. The beta version persists the main volume controls on the inputs page. Are you running the beta version? I didn't notice that the main volume is on both the Info and Input page. My bad. I put a volume display on the inputs page in the alpha build. We'll see how people like it. It was the only page with a volume control but no volume display.

I promoted the former beta to production and uploaded a new beta (1.1.0) which adds the volume display to the Inputs page, supports fixed width text on the OSD mirror, and a few other small improvements.

Just installed the new beta and it's working fine. I now use it instead of the IOS app with my iPad Mini 6 because the android phone is always on and at hand.

I just pushed a new beta version (1.2.0) which adds a multi-device mode. The experience should be unchanged for those with a single Emotiva processor on their network. If you have more than one processor on your network, open the 3-dot menu to enable multi-device mode and then, on that same menu, click "Device discovery".
When multi-device mode is enabled, the app will use the multi-device discovery feature when starting up. You can always disable multi-device mode from the 3-dot menu to go back to the standard device discovery mode.
Enjoy!

The only feature added between 1.1.2 and 1.2.0 is the multi-device discovery feature. But since 1.2.0 is still in beta, I welcome anyone interested in testing it, even if they only have a single processor.

I just pushed 1.3.0 to beta. It adds treble and bass trim controls. This was a feature requested in a review in the app store posted by Steve M. that's since been taken down (I would guess because he included his name and email address). If you're seeing this Steve, sorry they took down your review. But I did get an email when you initially posted it so I did see it and I appreciate it.
I had overlooked the treble and bass trim API functions since my physical remote for my RMC-1L doesn't include buttons for treble and bass trim. But it seems to work from the app nonetheless.

That’s a nice add that the Emotiva App doesn’t do! (but could! 😉)

Just tried the latest version and bass & treble adjustment work just fine. I would like to see them broken out from the individual channel level controls but that's just me. Would it be possible to have volume and other adjustment be touch and hold for continuous adjustment? Overall everything is working fine and the app has been very useful for me. It's easier for me to use my Android phone as opposed to using the iPad and the Apple app. Thank you!

I would like to see them broken out from the individual channel level controls but that's just me. Would it be possible to have volume and other adjustment be touch and hold for continuous adjustment? I played around with some UI alternatives where the treble/bass trim was separate from the speaker trim, but nothing really worked. I could put the trebel/bass controls always under the speaker trim controls. However, I try to minimize the need to scroll. Scrolling seems, at least me to me, like a poor fit for a remote app, but it's amazing how many mobile apps in general depend heavily on scrolling. Adding another page to the nav seemed like too many pages. And having to click through to a sub-page from an existing page seemed like too many clicks. I'll keep thinking about it. I looked at doing a long press function for volume control a while back and it had some rough edges so I didn't continue. But I've got some new ideas. I'll take another look.
