Easy to use system integration

I have an Emotiva RMC-1L, three Emo amps, Panasonic 9000 4K player, Apple TV, JVC NX7 projector and wanted to ask how the group is integrating their controls to make it easier for the family to use?

Would love to be able to use a tablet where the family can push a button that says TV and everything gets set for TV on a certain HDMI, push Movie and that all changes for the Panasonic 9000 4K player.

Essentially simple one button configurations for the family plus volume

Something where the HDMI’s are forced to correct config each time versus mismatched (and the associated text to troubleshoot while I’m at work)

All the components are in a closet, projector is in the main room (15-20 feet apart with any IR extender cable routing

The harmony app with the Harmony hub does this well for my needs
