Here is my latest system with LX521.4 speakers (Madisound kit), Emotiva BasX A6 and BasX A4 amplifiers, miniDSP Flex 8 dsp crossover, Samsung 85 inch Smart TV, and homemade HTPC -
I wish Emotiva would make the equivalent of the miniDSP Flex 8 for those of us who are active crossover people. The LX521.4 has always required an active crossover. In these systems it is critical that you label all the cables and amplifier and speaker connections so you don't wind up inputting low frequencies into a high frequency driver. One of the reasons for selecting the BasX amps was they have a very soft turn on and very low dc offset voltage.
