I'm looking forward to hearing them. They look like and, on paper, perform like my wonderful Phase Tech PC-9. While I like my T2 towers, if I could combine all that I like about them with all I like from my PC-9 it would be a match made in heaven!

Thanks - I've been off the site for a while...have everything I need and more. But, I appear to have an issue with my Maggies, and I'm thinking it's time to try something new. I always liked the top-of-the-line Emotiva towers, and these new ones have me tempted. I need to do a little testing when I get home from Edisto, SC tomorrow to make sure the issue is speakers and not something else. If it's speakers...likely going to try the X3T. Mark

I have been through 10-OC a few times the past couple of years on my way to family in Alabama, and I think of all the Emofest fans every time as I pass through Southern Tennessee. If I get the Xt3's, I'l be sure to share my opinion. Mark

I have the T3+s (very similar to XT3s) and love them. They have a more detailed mid-range than the T2+s, which I also have. What's nice about the T3+s is they sound great loud, but also sound full and dynamic at lower listening levels. I also have the C3+ center, which matches up very nicely.

Thanks all! I got around to some troubleshooting, and I wasn't sure if the odd noises were my Magnepans, my FR/FL amps, or the XMC-2.
It turns out the issue was muy FR/FL amps. I'm not sure what went wrong with them...perhaps struck by lightning? Who knows. So, I'm looking for a new amp...like go w/Emotiva 2-channel...must debate XPA-2 vs. the XPA-DR2...(EDIT: Looks like the DR-2 is unavailable right now...)
Now, in addition to that one of my rear surrounds isn't making sound (even on all stereo). So, I need to see what's up with that. More trouble-shooting later today perhaps.

I have DR1s paired with Maggie 3.7is. I think they sound amazing together. I compare it to the Ayre / Maggie pairing I heard many years ago that I previously thought was the sweetest match up I had heard.

I've got my Prima Luna tube amp for 2 channel. In my testing to sort out the front channel noise issues, I figured out that my Hypex Ncores and 1 channel of my old (2009) XPA-5 are fried. So, I'm starting to think about what to do for home theater needs. My home theater and 2-channel are "shared" in that I've got a switch-box to switch from the multi-channel amp solely (for which, I can run the FR/FL in 2-channel mode) or the tube amp in 2-channel mode outside any of the XMC-2 circuitry. This opens up options for the multi-channel amp. I'm starting a separate thread on that given it's a very different topic than the Xt3's. Mark

Mark My setup is the same in a way, 2 channel integrated into my now 3.1 setup, which is why I'm trying to sell some gear off and just stick with a 2ch setup, in the end I'm fine with that and it will be easier haha. I seen those new Adcom amps and thought they look interesting. I'm getting tired of the multichannel thing. Heck my MPS-1 is running only 2 amp blades. Chad
