Assume there is no issue powering 4ohm nominal speakers on 3 of 5 channels on the amp and powering 8ohm nominal speakers on the other 2 channels ?

No, that shouldn’t be a problem, though they all share a common power supply, each blade acts independently to drive the attached load. Lower impedance speakers generally draw more current which can generate more heat, but as long as your amp is properly ventilated, you should be fine. Another way to think of it, is that it’s an easier load than (5) 4 Ω speakers (which is still within spec).
