I received my TA-2 and ERC-4 about a week and a half ago. Everything functions just fine and I am really enjoying the sound. Just one question- As soon as I power on the TA-2, I can hear the faint sound of the cooling fans running. Is this normal? It doesn't affect the sound at all, and I can't hear them running unless I'm within a foot or two of the amp. I don't mind them running all the time, I just want to make sure this isn't a problem. Any help is appreciated!

Any help is appreciated! Most home electronics that I’m familiar with, have the cooling fans (if so Equipped) running all the time from powering up to when they’re shut down. A quick call and technical support at Emotiva should get you your answer about the TA-2. |

Thank you for the input. It runs nice and cool, even at higher volume, so no complaints. Sounds absolutely great with my Tekton Lores. I'll give tech support a shout. Thanks again!
