Hello I just got my new amp today and it has 1 status LED flashing red. checked everything and all is normal. question if I disconnect all input, and speaker wires and turn on amp should the LED's be all blue? I followed manual how to reset did not help. OK watched a youtube trouble shooting video from Emotive the fault light is for one of the modules I'm not using. (right now I just have the far right and far left modules for front main speakers. The fault is on the inside right module not in use. video did say do not use protected circuit. so now it's plugged directly into the wall. wait 20 minutes. I did not actually try and see if sound come out using other modules. I assumed a fault would shut them all off.

Yes... the LEDs will cycle, and light red for a split second, but after the amp starts up they should all be blue. You are correct... once a fault occurs, and the LEDs start flashing red, ALL of the channels will be shut down. (The fault protection shuts down the main power.) You could try flipping the balanced/unbalanced switch on the channel that has the fault back and forth a few times. (A dirty contact there could cause a fault - it's a really remote possibility - but we want to rule that out.) However, your amp has probably sustained some sort of damage in shipping, and will probably have to be repaired or replaced. I'm afraid it's time to call Support... Hi Keith I sent a email to Emotiva support. this is were i'm at now. with all the RCA jacks and speaker wires disconnected. push power button and all 5 module lights come on red and power button is blue. Than after a second all 5 module lights turn blue. then the amplifier will make a clicking sound and the power light will turn amber and one module light starts flashing red. when the power button is pushed again the one module light turns off and power button stays amber.

well just so other members reading will know here is the sending amp back to Emotiva story. so I called support and talk to them about the amp and it was decided it needed to be sent back. Now in my head i'm thinking great I'm going to have to pay the shipping cost to send it back. But support said no I will email you a fedex label and as soon as we see that it was scanned for the return we will send out the new amplifier. And I went wow that's new sending out new amp before they even get the old one back. I hate having to do this (now Emotiva is giving their profit to fedex shipping) But thank you Emotiva 👌😊👌 hopefully I get new amplifier with 5 pretty blue lights and no flashing red ones.
