MR1L HDMI Issues

I have had the MR1L for about 2 months now.  After some setup issues, it was working fine except for one ongoing issue and a new one today.

My setup is:

LG65 inch OLD TV (about a year old).
Apple TV 4K
Fire TV (cube)
Oppo DVD Player
Mini PC (for music, connected to Roon)
Gaming PC (connected to TV, using ARC for sound)

The first issue is when I play the gaming PC, I only get PCM output through ARC, no Dolby, etc.  Sound is only in stereo.  When I try to change it to Multichannel, it reverts to stereo every time.  I checked the TV settings and it is set at ARC.  I can live with it, but it is annoying.

My BIG issue is today when I turned on my TV and MR1L, I am not getting any video for the Apple TV (HDMI 5), Fire TV (HDMI 3) and Oppo (HDMI 2).  The Mini PC, connected via HDMI 4, works fine.  None of my settings changed from yesterday to today.  Occasionally, I can hear sound from the devices, but no video at all.  The only device where I can see the menu for the MR1L is on HDMI 4, all other inputs don't show the menu.

I have the TV connected to HDMI, using ARC.  The Mini PC sound is set at Analog, while all of the other HDMI devices are HDMI video and audio. In fact, I am using the Mini PC right now to type this thread.  

I am not an "expert", but have experience with AV equipment, so am not a total "newbee".  I really hope this is some kind of setup issue which I can get resolved with some help.  I really don't want to return the AVR for warranty repair.  

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is the HDMI cable from MR1L to tv an all-copper cable, or fiber optic?
How long is the cable from MR1L to tv?
How long since the rear power switch of the MR1L was off for more than 2 minutes?

1. Just regular 8K copper cable from Amazon, bought at same time as MR1L
2.  About 15 feet long.
3.  I accidentally turned it off a little while ago, but turned it right back on.

I wouldn't suspect the HDMI cable from processor to tv then.

Turning off a computer and then immediately turning it back on is not recommended. Processors have a startup sequence and work better when the power has drained from all circuits first before applying power again. The minimum time of being OFF is just under a minute. But when wanting to restore a normal operating condition I leave it off for much longer, 2-3 minutes.

When things are really bolloxed up, it makes sense to remove AC power from the entire system and power up in a sequence. For me it's network first, then processor, and while that is booting the tv is next.

My LG tv is the most finicky one I've owned to date. Mine was new last year also. When it determines that something connected to it has not responded in a short amount of time, it gives up and makes things almost impossible to correct without literally pulling the plug of the tv from power for about 5 minutes, along with the processor so the HDMI gets a fresh handshake.

What is mentioned here is pretty basic/typical in attempting to restore normal operation. When these don't work, then it might be time for some more aggressive problem solving ideas.

Whenever something odd happens like your experiencing I always try this.
Turn everything off and then unplug affected devices. Wait 5-15 minutes depending on your patience! LOL
Plug everything back in and then power up your system, this works more often than not. Most devices today have a computer or chipset in it of some kind. Allowing them to de energize fixes most problems.
