Does Emotiva gear (processors, amps) have "correct" phase for electrical input? I live in EU at area where power wall plugs are reversible: I'm updating my system and want to make it as good as I can. I keep reading that to minimize loop issues, I should have all my electrical equipment in same phase. My new SUPRA power distribution block has markings on the sockets which side is N and which is L, and for example my SVS subwoofers have also N and L marked on the power cord. I glanced through my owners manuals (XMC-2 and XPA-11) and also tried to search for the info from this forum, but I couldn't not find anything related to it. Does it make a difference which way the power plug is connected, and if it does, how can I tell which way is the correct way?

I live in EU at area where power wall plugs are reversible:" It doesn't make any difference because the line AC goes through an internal power transformer thereby isolating any direct tie to the line. Furthermore, the already isolated input power then goes through one or more step down smaller isolation transformers to lower AC voltages which are then rectified to low voltage DC for use in most of the sensitive processing. The new ground reference after all of this is the chassis metalwork itself. This new chassis "equipment' ground can then be made common between components in a given source, preamp, processor DAC, amp system, but depending on any noise or hum or lack of it, chassis bonding may or may not improve the noise level (in other words chassis bonding is optional).
