That's awesome! We're starting with a 16 kW system but no battery system.
We get 30% off the initial installation from a federal credit, then credits yearly (paid quarterly or every 6 months) based on our production. There's a fixed $/kW, then that gets multiplied by what our system produced.
Our roofing company is gathering necessary materials and working schedule to get the roof done. The solar installer is working the necessary permits/etc. and will be ready to install in Feb. '25.
