Hello,
Can anybody tell me, when it's likely to be any upgrades to the MC1's firmware or on the hardware side of things?
Because the processors higher up the chain are getting preferential treatment than the MC1, considering the issues I have raised over the last two years and have not been rectified to my satsifaction.
Disappointing customers anyware in the world is and can be very damaging to company reputation. Should inviduals feel let down consistently or being ignored in persuit of a resolution.
Why has the MC1 not even been mentioned in recent podcasts or the situation regarding TrueHD and Atmos, which experts I've been in contact with telling me what the MC1 is showing is incorrect currently.
In a 5.1 setup, TrueHD should be displayed, in a 7.1 setup, Atmos should be displayed.
For me, this is what the MC1 should be displaying, a bug has been found in the MC1's firmware, when is it going to be rectified?

There are lots of soundtracks that are TrueHD 7.1 that are not Atmos encoded and will not trigger an Atmos display.
