So I finally pulled the trigger and decided to buy an Emotiva product after hours upon hours of scouring the web, The XPA-3 seemed perfect for the application, I had an existing Rotel 1095 powering my Paradigm Studio 100's, CC-690, and 2 Monitor Audio Gold RFX, I wanted to get to 7.1 and free up 2 channel from the Rotel. First off I was beyond impressed by Emotiva's customer service, I called them directly and actually spoke to someone in the UNITED STATES, that alone was worth the price. After placing the order I was followed up with multiple emails with status of shipping. Within 3 days I had my new amp which was packaged like it was going to war. After ripping it open like a 5 year old on Xmas morning and getting it setup I was a little disappointed, for about 20 hours of use and then it finally "broke in" my god did it make Blu ray pop, I watched Transformers and was amazed at how much detail I actually missed in the past. What started out to be flat turned into a very nice and warm sound. I have to give Emotiva credit on all aspects of the company, their business model should be a standard for business today. I will without question purchase other products from them without hesitation. Great job guys
