This is one of those times when it would be funny as hell to read about people picking out the $500 speakers over these in a blind test as their favorites.

The only way I am spending $2million on a pair of speakers is if they are in my Learjet!!!

Ah, reminds me of one of the most disappointing demos of all time. The Maarten Coltrane Supremes in a $1,000,000 stereo system at RMAF 2008 - I never got to sit in the tuned "sweet spot", but the nearby seats had sound that was uninspiring. I wasn't expecting fireworks (really good audio is usually very unassuming), but I was expecting musical enjoyment. This system just failed to deliver on the promise.
I would have only been mildly disappointed if the system cost, say $3000 - 4000 (at that point, it would be a lot easier and cheaper to tweak).

Chuckienut Shame on you. You used the "B" word... and I thought you knew better. Father Murrary will be wholely (or is it Holy) disappointed in you. Now you are going to have to go to confession and say 3 Hail Mary''s and promise not to use foul language again. ;D ;D What sort of people have you been hanging around with You better call up sister, Sister and ask for some guidance from over using "cubist" language. Just because the wife is out of town is no reason for back sliding... the B word of all things... tisk, tisk tisk. Where are your Rosary Beads? Get some rest, my brother, and you'll feel better in the morning. If not, I have a bar of soap here with your name on it. LOL

Father Murrary will be wholely (or is it Holy) disappointed in you. Yes, I did notice all the brilliant puns, double meanings, etc. but simply don't have time to respond to them all. Suffice to say that nun of them went unnoticed. However, I must tell you that if Father Murray saw the way you misspelled his name you would be staying after school writing Murray 500 times on the blackboard!

LOL.Sorry for silly question but who is a Father Murray? Greencup777, I went to a very academically strict Catholic boys high school. We were drilled incessantly for four years in English. Father Murray was a great English teacher but very tough. To this day whenever I hear someone say "drive safe" instead of the grammatically correct "drive safely" (safely is an adverb) I can see Father Murray turning over in his grave, RIP. I mentioned this in a post one time and Roadrunner has a good memory even at his advanced age although his spelling isn't perfect. ;D
