Cathy and Sarah are literally under seige right now with international orders, which is a good problem to have!
Please be patient with us if you've submitted a quote for an international order, we're working hard to get it to you as soon as possible.
We are planning to upgrade our shopping cart to allow for live FedEx international rates, so you can just place the order online, but it will be after New Year's before we dare do anything that interrupts the flow.

Dann, are you still doing the out of box testing before all international orders go out? I'm not sure everyone knows that anything you ship outside of the US you take out and test to minimize your DOA's for those who would have to pay a lot more to ship it back. My understanding is your DOA rates are the best in the industry but it's great that you go that extra step. It is also well worth the extra time needed to process our orders.

If you are living outside the USA and you have some gears on your wishinglist (UMC-1?), buy GIFT CARDS. The dollar will be stronger next weeks.

Hopefully she will answer me shortly. So far the dollar has gone up by more than 5% over the last couple of weeks.

They kept my 800 dollars gift cards in their office and I got the numbers. If they send the cards to you, it is possible you have to pay inporttax.

I think the sale has them overwhelmed. Try sending a gain and flag it.
