Is there information available about what the three Dolby Volume settings in the UMC-1 actually do? What's the difference between "Low" Med" and "High"? Is it just the amount of compression and boost that occurs, or is it supposed to correlate to the intended listening levels? Thanks!

Good question, I was wondering the same thing when I read one of the reviews earlier!

On low you get all effects and on high you don't. Was my findings
So if you don't want the effects at low volume set it to high. If you want to hear all the effects at low volume then set it to low.

Stupid question time.... Where is the setting for this on the UMC-1? Inputs - Parameter. See page 18 of your owner's manual.

Got it. Thanks. Sometimes you just don't see things no matter how many times you read through it!
