While it hasn't been posted officially. Emotiva is extending the 30 days based on when the new firmware comes out. . I was told the same thing. |

You all sure are touchy. I returned it about 2 weeks ago and the only reason I posted was because I read Dan's post that only one had been returned and I pointed out that wasn't true. I wrote to Emotiva today and they said "it is in the que" to be checked out. SInce I didn't even open it, there shouldn't be much to check out so I am not sure how that works. Again, I wouldn't have thought twice about it EXCEPT THAT DAN SAID ONLY ONE HAD BEEN RETURNED. As far as first post, so what. I have bought emotiva stuff and have several pieces (updated actually three amps and two pre-amps and speakers) so maybe the smell is on you. It might behoove the group here to not turn people away from Emotiva by being too quick to judge. I know I won't return. It is a good thing i don't judge a company by their customers! Hey, you said that last post was going to be your last one. Yet here you are posting again. Now you're saying things that aren't true. You're an even bigger liar than Dan!!!  Or does it not count since technically you just quoted yourself and didn't actually type anything? AUDIOS to you too. Or is that a new term for people into music? I say good riddance ya loonie. |

Alright Gentlemen, I personally don't think much of people that feel it necessary to inform the masses of 1 side of a story that may or may not be true, but even more so I don't want this forum turning into the "AVS Forum". If we just ignore these types of postings, in all likelyhood these first-timer posters that are looking to stir the pot will most likely go away.  |

Gentle-persons, At the time I wrote my message I was not aware that this was the case. So, he returned his unit unopened. Sorry to hear that, but at least it's not B stock now  Does this automatically make me a liar? He's been taken care of. Next. After so many years of taking care of of our customers in a totally honest manner, it seems a little over the top. Geez. Why don't people just call if they are concerned about something like this? What the heck can you guys do?? Must like the drama... OK, I'm just gonna feel the love now and move on. Peace out. Big Dan |

I was treated quite poorly when I called and spoke to Sarah about why I was skipped over in the waiting list. A simple apology and "we screwed up" would have sufficed. Instead I was told "we didn't skip over anybody...goodbye." Totally honest manner, my ass. |
