I'm just curious how many people have RMA'd their units because the 30-day window is closing?

If the firmware is not released by the weekend, I will be calling for a RMA #
Just this past weekend while watching TV, the GF out of no where mentions she does not like my new toy(UMC). She mentioned it just was not as friendly as my other receiver. When I first installed the UMC i made sure to advise her that some things had to get iron'd out and would be fixed soon. Well after 3 weeks its still functioning the same as day one. I have to keep her happy or new toys will be under much more scrutiny

I'm thinking the same thing, unless we get some official position regarding the return period being updated.

Mine is working fine. It is not loosing any settings. I just need some codes for my Harmony.
Since I manually EQed my room I am not in any hurry for the EMO-Q to work. But it would be a plus if it all worked.
So I will just keep watching movies and enjoying the sound because it is still better than my Pioneer Elite was even without the firmware update.

When I did call, a while ago, they did not offer any extension. At this point the ball is in their court. The next time I call, to get the RMA#, I will ask them, again, about the return policy. However, It would be nice to see it in writing somewhere. |
