Which one of you had the NERVE to call us??? Don't you know we're BUSY??? I specifically told Sarah to lock the doors, close the blinds, and hang up on anyone who DARED to call us for help!!! I've got to set her straight. Just give us your MONEY and NEVER, NEVER ask why. You'll take what we give you and be grateful!!! Heads are gonna' roll. Customer service? Why, that's just old fashioned. These are modern times, and we need to get with it. You have all have become too darn demanding. I'm gonna' install an automated phone attendant that will keep you on perpetual hold in order to make sure this never happens again. Ha!!! Try to get help then... that will fix you. The nerve of you people!! I was trying to take a nap!! There, that's better!! Mean Dan Wow I thought I was having an AV123 flashback there for a second... ;D

I was just commenting to a friend last weekend that I wish I worked for a company like Emotiva. Imagine getting paid to make great audio products. I wish I had an engineering degree. But the commute to TN would kill me anyway. Oh well.

the commute to TN would kill me anyway. Oh well. They seem to have a very good "remote work" policy, considering the build is done in China, and the Software/Firmware comes from India (Based on previous posts)... I wonder if they need a Server Admin? ;D

Isn't the firmware update supposed to be this week? I believe it was originally Jan 25th/26th, then moved to Feb 1st/2nd; With no recent update or statement on its release... I was really hoping I would have mine for my birthday (end of this month), but I think my chances are slim and none (and Slim is outside Smokin')...
