I signed up the first day the first list opened and have not heard a thing yet.

I'm an upgrader and signed up early on the second list. Received a notice about a week ago that mine is expected to ship around the 19th of March.

I am guessing that most every one of us that signed up right away would be upgrades. I just go upstairs and continue loving the gear I have. (LMC)

I believe I signed up on the first day as an upgrade. I was told that I would be in the first shipment after manufacturing return from the Chinese New Year (22 February) break.
I did not ask about the time frame for that shipment to arrive at Emotiva. I’m hoping for mid March but that maybe unrealistic.

So we have two upgraders from the second list (winger and hikinokie) contacted before many of us upgraders from day one of the first list.

Signed up on 10/29 and my unit shipped today. Not an upgrade, but must be getting close to the end of the pre-order list.

Thanks, Walter. I'm on the first list myself as an upgrader, although I'm not sure of the date I signed up. I called Emotiva a week or two ago to make sure I was still on the list and was told hopefully April.

I've had mine since last Thursday but for 2 reasons haven't unboxed it yet. One, I've just been too busy to take the time needed to really get this thing setup properly. Two, I have been debating whether to even keep it or not. I hate to say this but I'm just not sure that I want to go through what people are having to do to get the unit working properly.

I'm an upgrader from early in the first list and I've not hear a peep from Emotiva. My last communication from them was the preorder verification email last fall. It looks like it is finally time for me to call them, once they get out whatever caused the server jamup.
