Was I supposed to get trigger cables with my UMC? I got what appears to be an audio cable, but nothing that appears to be a trigger cable. The label on one of the interior boxes implied that trigger cables were supposed to be in there.
Thanks.

I did not get them and I know others did not get them. So I would say no they are not included.

What exactly ISA trigger cable? Is it just a mono 3.5 cable or what?

Its a mono "mini" cable. I got one with my USP1. I've never used the trigger cables before, but must say, its pretty cool! Almost like I spent more money, took up more space, and still turn it on just like a crappy receiver!

I didn't get one. I emailed and they sent one out to me.
Sadly I've got an MPS-2 so I had to cut the cable they sent to make it compatible.

Monoprice or your local RadioShack. Mono works well so no need to pay more for a stereo cable.

My UMC-1 just arrived today. The box reads "Power cord/Battery/Fuse/Trigger wire" but there's no trigger wire in the box. I'm assuming that I can use the same trigger wire that I currently have my Outlay 970 connected with, so it not a big deal, but it wasn't included in my packaging regardless.

Yea, you can use any standard 1/8" cable. The "Trigger" marking on the inner packaging is either a misprint or the included RCA cables are the result of a mistranslation.

Since we are on the subject I was wondering, can I plug a 3.5mm stereo plug splitter into my receiver and have two trigger cables running from that to my XPA-3 and XPA-5?

We are all also waiting patiently for the full manual in final form, and our future discount card, etc...

Thanks for including the little card in the box verifying the upgrade was completed.

Lonnie, I emailed about my missing trigger cable and was told by Janna that the UMC-1 doesn't come with one. Which answer is correct? Do I need to go buy one or not? If it doesn't come with one the packaging should be changed to remove "trigger wire" from the listed contents.
Thanks!

If it is on the packing list I would assume it should he in there. They seem to come with some of the amps now and can't cost very much.
