Sunday, Sept. 5th, 2010 = Emofest.

Demos, music, food, prizes and incredible sale prices. The event is free. We will have entertainment for the kids, too.

We'll start registering on May 1st. Hope you can make it this year!

Gym Rules
1. No curling in the Squat Rack.
2. No really, the Squat rack is for Squats.
3. Stop dumping the weights. You picked them up, you can put them down.
4. Unload your bar. You put the weights on, you can take them off.
5. Shut up and lift, please :)_
6. Cell phones..... See rule 5.
7. Stop staring at the women. Seriously its freaking everyone out.
8. Smith machine?,?.?........Really?
9. Stop trying to teach people unless they ask for advice.

And, yes, it is a one day event this year.

We will be supplying folks with a list of things to do and see in Nashville/Franklin, for those wanting to make a weekend of the event.

VinceDog and myself will be hosting the 'Officially Unofficial Meet and Greet' at a local watering hole (probably the Bunganut Pig) on Saturday night.
