Stupid question: what sort of beverages are at the main event? Beer? Wine? BYOB? I'm no alky, but you can't wash down good food with Dr. Pepper.

From reading this thread, it looks like quite a few people are heading to Franklin this weekend. Safe travels to all, have a great time but stay out of jail (and any other unfriendly places ;D), buy lots of equipment, take lots of pictures and keep those of us back home well informed!!!!!

My wife must think that she is a plumber, cause she just threw a huge monkey wrench into our(read MY) Emofest plans... :-(
I am hoping for a miracle, but it looks as though the Waylands might not make it this year and I am sooooo NOT happy about it...
I think she enjoys punishing me as this is NOT the 1st time she has done this. Hoping that things work out...

By the way, I will be arriving in Nashville early afternoon Saturday. If there are any other guitar players that are interested in running over to the Gibson factory store about midday to take a look-see at what they have over there shoot me a PM. EDIT- I just found out that the Gibson store is still closed from the damage they incurred from the Nashville floods last year. Scratch the Gibson store side trip. |

It's looking more and more like I will be making the trip solo. I already have a hotel booked so if anyone is looking to split a hotel let me know. I usually sleep outside, in a park or some' like that, after I drank. Saves me a good bunch plus you get to meet the real locals! ;D |
