Is anyone running a PC though their UMC-1? I've got my Asus EB1012 running 1920x1080. Running straight to the TV it looks great, running through the UMC it looks like crap.

Have you tried switching to passthrough mode? The default video settings apply sharpening which degrades the quality.

I had the same problem... That's why I think all of us UMC-1 users needs to push for the video options to be localized to an input rather than global to the unit. I want to take advantage of 1080p upscaling when it's right but for other inputs, especially the HTPC leave it alone....
