Yep, that 6-pack didn't stand a chance! I was on my fifth Michelob Ultra when our storm sirens went off this evening. Into the basement as waited out the storm. Sounds like a funnel cloud for sure and possibly a small tornado. Maybe I should have said, "stay safe my friend"... |

Mission Hills Oculus, 2011 I've never tried it but now I must! You won't regret it. It's a really good sipper and can be paired with most meats, cheese and pasta. We've even had it with marshmallows by the fire!* *For about 4-6 weeks in Dec/Jan/Feb we have a fire going on the patio. That's winter in Tampa, FL! |

Listening to Pandora with the TV on ESPN. Nice... Hendricks is a great gin. There are times I prefer Bombay Sapphire over it - in martinis for example. They both do have a distinctive and different taste. A few years ago, I would never have a vodka martini. Now with decent vodkas available, I've succumbed to accepting that concoction, with the right vodka. James Bond in Casino Royale orders a drink he names the Vesper: “Three measures of Gordon's, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet, shake it over ice, and then add a thin slice of lemon peel.” For the love of vodka, Gordon's?   |

I was a sapphire drinker before I discovered Hendricks. Hendricks is also great w cucumber instead of lime. |
