Having a Bloody Mary. Make it a bit spicy! Had to dilute it with extra vodka...just to be safe. I think our horseradish got stronger with age.

Oh my! '75 Heitz Cab!! Probably starting about 20 years ago we took about 15 years drinking down our cellar. When we moved to TX 2.5 years ago we had nada, having purchased nothing until the last few years. Now, I buy almost exclusively young TX'ens, drink 'em young. Occasionally a NZ Sauvignon Blanc, etc. Pretty much keeping things under a mixed case at any time. Tonight, we continue working on a 2017 Becker Malbec. |
