Lagavulin 16 yo. Probably the nicest available in our Class VI.
You could spend more, but why?
It's 90 degrees here in Mobile, AL at 1900 HRS.
One large spherical ice cube.....damn fine.

I have been exploring Tiki. I ordered some Passion Fruit puree and it is awesome if a bit too strong in a Hurricane. So that recipe needs more work. The problem with working on improving the Hurricane recipe is that, well, you can't really have two in order to compare. The Mai Tai is there, I just do not like that drink as much. Now I am working on the Zombie, but I need to make the cinnamon syrup first. Of course I ended last night with my go to Evan Williams BiB.
